Garlic Roasted French Beans

 

 Ingredients

you'll need -

  1. Fine French beans

  2. 1 Shallot

  3. Olive Oil

  4. Garlic (crushed)

  5. Salt

  6. Black Pepper

  7. Fresh Herbs

 

Preparation

  • Heat the oven to 230°C (450 °F).

  • Wash, trim and dry the French beans, peel and thinly slice the shallot.

  • Place olive oil into a large glass bowl, add the crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Place the French beans and shallots into the bowl and toss well.

  • Place onto a greased baking tray and roast in the oven for between 12 and 20 minutes (depending on how large the beans are). Turn occasionally.

  • To serve, simply sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs, and toss. Serve immediately.
