Garden Salad Dressing or Dip

Makes 2 cups of dressing or dip.

 Ingredients

you'll need -

  1. 1 carton (8 ounces) low-fat plain yogurt

  2. 1/2 cup light sour cream

  3. 1/4 cup shredded carrot

  4. 1/4 cup chopped green (spring/ salad) onions

  5. 1/4 cup diced radishes

  6. 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

  7. 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

  8. 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir until well blended.

  • Cover; refrigerate and chill thoroughly.

  • Serve garden dressing with salad greens or as a delicious dip with fresh vegetable dippers or crackers.
