Garden Salad Dressing or Dip
Makes 2 cups of dressing or dip.
Ingredients

1 carton (8
ounces) low-fat plain yogurt

1/2 cup light
sour cream

1/4 cup
shredded carrot

1/4 cup chopped
green (spring/ salad) onions

1/4 cup diced
radishes
-
1/4 cup finely
chopped fresh parsley

2 tablespoons
crumbled blue cheese

1/8 teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
Preparation

Combine
all ingredients in a small bowl; stir until well blended.

Cover;
refrigerate and chill thoroughly.

Serve
garden dressing with salad greens or as a delicious dip with fresh
vegetable dippers or crackers.
