Beetroot Mousse
Serve as a starter on it's own, or to
accompany a main meal with meat and potatoes.
Ingredients
you'll need -

1 onion
-
1 oz margarine
-
2 small beetroots
-
Salt & pepper
Preparation

Place the beetroot into a saucepan,
boil until tender.

Peel and finely chop the onion.

When beetroot is cooked, remove the
skin, and chop roughly, place into a food processor.

While still hot, add the onion,
margarine and season to taste.

Blend all ingredients together.

Place into a buttered basin, cover
with greaseproof paper and steam for one hour.
